Fans of BBC legal drama The Split were doubtless upset to hear that the show was coming to an end after production was announced to have begun on the show's third and final season back in June 2021.

The show has a talented cast that includes Nicola Walker, Annabel Scholey, Fiona Button, Deborah Findlay and Stephen Mangan.

The show follows the story of divorce lawyer Hannah Stern as she makes the risky decision to leave her family business for a competitor firm. Many fans will recognise Mangan for his time on the 2004 Channel 4 comedy, Green Wing, as Dr Guilaume Secretan – a role he played for eighteen episodes till 2006.
